By registering for or using Throughput360 (the "Platform"), owned and operated by ATEVOX Technologies LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Platform Usage & Account Responsibilities
Authorized recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers must maintain confidentiality of login credentials. Accounts cannot be shared across unauthorized users.
3. Fair Usage & Candidate Integrity
Users agree not to utilize Throughput360 for illegal automated scraping, unauthorized candidate data harvesting, or circumventing algorithmic bias controls built into candidate evaluation scorecards.
4. Uptime Guarantee & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
ATEVOX Technologies LLP provides a 99.9% operational uptime SLA for Growth and Enterprise subscribers. Planned maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
